Online Application
The first step in enrolling at MCS is to complete the online application. Please click the link below to access the application. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the school office.
Submit
Please note that the applicant is not officially enrolled until the required materials listed below are received and approved.
Please submit the following documents on the online application. You may UPLOAD the requested forms on the online application, or you may SUBMIT original copies to the front office.
– Applicant’s Certified Birth Certificate
– Current copy of the South Carolina Certificate of Immunization record.
– Submit a copy of the child’s last quarter report card and transcript (9th-12th only).
Interview
A formal interview is required for all parents and students. Please contact the school office if an interview has not been scheduled.
Prior to acceptance, placement testing needs to be arranged by the office and completed for 1st-12th grades at a fee of $40.00. (non-refundable)
