MCS Chapel

At Maranatha Christian School, chapel is an important part of our weekly school life. Once each week, students gather together to worship, learn, and grow in their relationship with Christ.

Elementary Chapel

k4-6TH gRADE

Our elementary chapel is designed to engage young hearts and minds in a fun, meaningful way. Each week, students in K4 through 6th grade gather together for a time of worship, encouragement, and Biblical teaching.

mIDDLE-hIGH sCHOOL

6TH-12TH gRADE

Following the elementary chapel, our middle and high school students come together for a time of worship, Biblical teaching, and practical messages that relate to the challenges and opportunities they face each day.

Group Chapel

K5-12th Grade

Throughout the school year, our entire school family comes together for special chapel services and celebrations. These gatherings provide opportunities for students of all ages to worship, learn, and celebrate as one united school community.

Elementary Chapel

Service

The service includes energetic worship songs with motions, birthday recognition, a short, age-appropriate devotional, and interactive games and activities that help reinforce Biblical truths.

opportunity

Chapel is a wonderful opportunity for students to grow in their faith, celebrate with their classmates, and build a strong sense of Christian community.

Giving Back

Students participate in fundraising projects that support local ministries serving the hungry and families facing difficult circumstances. They also help raise funds for missions, Christian organizations, and disaster relief efforts, providing assistance to communities affected by severe weather and other unexpected hardships.

goal

Our goal is to help every child develop a personal relationship with Christ while creating lasting memories in an environment filled with joy, encouragement, and God’s love.

gIVING bACK

MCS has raised over $1,000.00 each year for a special ministry, missionary, or Christian organization. This year, MCS has set a goal of raising $2,000.00. The Rawlinson family is an MCS alum family, and they have answered God’s call to the mission field in Colorado. If you would like to support the Rawlinson family, please click the link below.

EQUIP

Our middle and high school chapel services provide students with opportunities to grow in their faith while actively participating in worship and ministry. Students worship through singing, playing musical instruments, running the sound system, and praying with their peers.

SERVE

Our students also learn the importance of serving others by participating in fundraising efforts that support missions, Christian organizations, local families in need, and disaster relief initiatives. Through these opportunities, they discover that faith is not only something we believe, but also something we live out by loving and serving others.

IMPACT

One of the most meaningful parts of our chapel services is the opportunity for students to respond to God’s leading through altar calls, where they are invited to pray, seek encouragement, and support one another in a caring, Christ-centered environment.

goal

At Maranatha Christian School, our desire is for every student to graduate not only with a quality education but with a strong foundation in Christ. Through weekly chapel services, worship, prayer, and Biblical teaching, we encourage students to deepen their faith, discover their God-given purpose, and confidently live as disciples of Jesus Christ both now and in the future.
