Our athletics program is designed to teach students strong character and self-discipline both on and off the field. To be a BULLDOG means teamwork, self-control, and commitment. Our mission is to provide a Godly environment while teaching students academics as well as sportsmanship.

History of the MCS Bulldogs
MCS SPORTS
MCS began its journey in 1972, and while its athletic program took some time to truly thrive, the school never wavered in its determination. With a spirit of perseverance, MCS students have actively engaged in sports such as basketball, physical education, and soccer. These activities took place in the school’s parking lot, as MCS was located on the King Ave campus in Florence, SC.
MCS continued to expand, and with this growth came the development of their athletic program. This led to opportunities for MCS to compete with other schools, further enhancing their sports culture. In the 1980s, MCS made a significant investment by purchasing eight acres of land, paving the way for the construction of the facilities that we recognize today as MCS.
