It Just Takes 3 Easy Steps

Please note: Your child is not officially enrolled until all required documents and materials listed below have been received in full. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the Child Development Center. We are happy to help!

First Step

Please contact the child development center at MCS to begin the application process.

Step Two

Please submit original copies.
– Signed Statement of Co-operation
– Copy of Certified Birth Certificate
– South Carolina Certificate of Immunization Form
– Legal Documents regarding custodial issues

Step Three

To reserve your child’s placement, the registration fee and book/supply fees must be paid in full. Please note that all enrollment fees are non-refundable.
After your enrollment materials have been received, our Childcare Director will contact you to schedule a family interview and a tour of our facility. While your child’s attendance is not required, we highly encourage them to attend so they can become familiar with our campus, meet our staff, and begin feeling at home before their first day.
