Why MCS Athletics?

Maranatha Christian School athletics program is designed to teach students strong character and self-discipline both on and off the field. Coaches work to develop mentoring relationships with student athletes that carry on into their young adult lives. Sports opportunities are available to students in the Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons. Summer practices and training keep students motivated year-round.

MCS provides younger children with an introduction to athletics and an opportunity to grow their skills through a Youth League Sports program. Children learn not only athletics, but also teamwork, self-control, and commitment. 1st-6th graders may participate in this program and are called the Bulldogs PUPS. Students may participate in fall, winter and spring sports.

The Great Experience Awaits

All students who wish to participate in athletics must have a current sport physical by a medical physician. The physical and form needs to be conducted within the school year of 2022-2023.

An athletic waiver will also need to be submitted to the school office along with the sports physical form.

Please click the button below and make a copy of the forms and bring them to the physical appointments. If you have any questions or concern, please contact the school office for more information.
